Stephanie Ajimokun

People & Operations Assistant

Stephanie is a social science academic who has extensively researched issues of intersectional discrimination. Her early career in customer operations allowed her to get involved in and lead on projects that improved company culture for both internal and external stakeholders. Since completing her undergraduate studies, Stephanie has been training towards a Level 5 CIPD to formalise her employee relations and people management skills, while also taking lead on TransitionZero’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
