Ajita is a commercial growth and value creation leader with deep go-to-market experience across climate tech, banking, enterprise technology, and digital products. At TransitionZero, she leads market development and adoption of open energy systems and decision intelligence tools accelerating the global energy transition.

Previously at Energy Exemplar, Ajita led AI and marketplace products before moving into a global role leading product growth and go-to-market strategy for key initiatives worldwide. As Senior Vice President and Head of Digital Products at Centrum Wealth, she led digital platform and product transformation across the wealth management business. Earlier, as Vice President in Global Payments and Cash Management at HSBC, she led complex client transformation and solution engagements across India and Asia Pacific.

Ajita holds an MBA in Information Technology from Symbiosis Center of Information Technology, Pune, and is a Certified Sustainability and Climate Risk Professional (SCR) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
