Ashley is an ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience spanning practice, industry, and fractional finance. He holds a BSc in Accounting, Business & Finance Management from the University of York. He spent several years across both financial planning and analysis and operational roles at high-growth tech start-ups/scale-ups before joining TransitionZero.

Most recently, he worked as a FinOps Manager for RORA, a fractional finance provider, embedded as a senior finance advisor across a portfolio of SaaS and data infrastructure businesses.
