George studied Chemical Engineering in Argentina and began his career in the steelmaking industry, working in various roles from product development to quality and process management. In these positions, he applied research and management skills to tackle industrial challenges and improve product performance. While working in the industry, he also completed a postgraduate degree in Ironmaking and Steelmaking. George later moved to the UK to pursue a PhD in Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London, focusing on carbon dioxide utilisation technologies.
