Jess is a full-stack software engineer with experience across backend and frontend development, data-driven APIs, DevOps, and AI integration. Before joining TransitionZero, she worked across a range of organisations, from large enterprises to early-stage startups, gaining experience in telecoms, SaaS analytics, and AI integration work connecting large language models to data systems. She holds a BSc in Mathematics and its Applications from Cardiff University and a BSc in Digital Technologies and Solutions from the University of Lancaster.
