Monika currently works as a People Operations Associate. In her role, she supports the full employee lifecycle. Previously, Monika worked as an HR Generalist at Trade Nation, a CFD broker, where she supported a wide range of people operations functions. Before that, she held various HR positions at Amazon, gaining experience in talent acquisition, project management, and employee relations. Earlier in her career, she began in agency recruitment, where she developed a strong foundation in sourcing and candidate management. Monika earned her BSc in Psychology and later completed her CIPD Level 5 qualification.
