Emily is a people management specialist with over seven years’ experience establishing and managing processes for multinational companies. She began her career behind the scenes in the film and TV industry, where she developed her skills in operations and people management. Emily moved to Hong Kong to support the Asia-Pacific expansion of a security company providing services to renewable energy clients, before gaining her CIPD L5 in People Management and returning to the UK to join TransitionZero.
